Try
this First: Quicktime Settings for MI Streamnet Your
Quicktime settings may be set at their default settings, which may
prohibit you from properly streaming video at its full data rate,
or not at all. To fix this, do the following:
Windows:
1a.
Windows
98, Me, 2000, XP in Classic View:
Open Start menu - Settings - Control Panels - Quicktime.
1b. Windows
XP in XP Standard View:
Open Start - Control Panels - 'See Also' sidebar, Other Control
Panel options - Quicktime.
2. Select Connection Speed from the pull-down menu
3. On the new window, select Intranet/LAN from the pull-down
menu
4. Next, go to the top pull-down menu and select Streaming Transport
5. On the new window, select the Use HTTP check box/button,
and also Port 80
6. Close Quicktime and try the live stream again
Mac
OS X:
1.
Open Apple Menu - System Preferences - Quicktime.
2. Select the Connection tab
3. Select Intranet/LAN from the Connection Speed pull-down
menu
4. Next, click the Transport Setup button.
5. Select Use this protocol and port ID
6. Select HTTP on the Transport Protocol pop-up menu,
and 80 for the Port ID.
6. Click OK, then close the Quicktime and try the live stream
